Job Description


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide effective customer service and administrative support to the team, handling general queries from colleagues and members of the public.


The key responsibilities of this role include:



  • Communicating effectively with various individuals, either in person or over the phone, in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Responding to enquiries and taking appropriate action on behalf of the Operational Lead;
  • Maintaining an efficient administrative system on behalf of the Operational Lead;
  • Arranging and taking minutes at internal and external meetings;
  • Supporting the Operational Lead with training and appraisal compliance, diary management, and student placement coordination;
  • Having excellent Microsoft skills and general correspondence on behalf of the Operational Lead;
  • Accurately producing reports, correspondence, and manuals from various sources without supervision;
  • Establishing and maintaining electronic and manual filing systems and manipulating data into computer databases;
  • Creating reports from electronic systems.


About You


We are looking for an individual with a strong background in secretarial roles, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with Microsoft packages. You should have achieved years of experience in a similar position and possess the ability to work efficiently under pressure.


In addition, you should have the following qualifications:



  • Experience in a similar role;
  • ACHEIVED YEARS of experience;
  • Secretarial role experience;
  • YEARS EXPERIENCE in a customer-facing environment;
  • ACHEIVED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.


Benefits


This role attracts a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a High-Cost Area Supplement of 5% (pro rata for part-time staff). We also offer a comprehensive induction program, including mandatory training and equipment allocation.
