**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the site Technical function to guarantee compliance with legal standards and food safety.
- Ensure effective recruitment, training, and management of Quality Managers.
- Support external audits and maintain internal audit schedules.
- Communicate audit corrective action plans and ensure non-conformances are addressed promptly.
- Review product specifications, ensuring all versions are current and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate the investigation of customer complaints of a technical nature, ensuring findings and action plans are communicated effectively.
**Requirements:**
- Food-related HND, Advanced Food Safety Level 4, and Advanced HACCP Level 4 qualifications.
- Experience with BRCGS or ISO 9000 and internal auditing qualifications.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
- Knowledge and experience of major retailers' standards and expectations.
