Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Opus People Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Condom Distribution Scheme, collaborating with the Business Intelligence team, and analyzing data to generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Condom Distribution Scheme, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of the system.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Design and implement templates to track distribution, payments, and costs.
  • Handle queries from GP Practice Managers and liaise with GPs, Walsall Sexual Health Clinic, and NHS pharmacies.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including invoicing for treatment medications.

Requirements:

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • High attention to detail and confidence working within a team and independently.
  • Ability to liaise with a range of professionals across different sectors and previous experience in finance and invoicing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
