About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Policy Manager to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Credit Policy Manager, you will be responsible for the collection of debts ranging from £500 - £500,000 for a select portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining client files for Credit Control purposes
- Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and emails
- Managing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
- Working closely with the credit control team to achieve targets and goals
Requirements:
- Experience in working with a Credit Control role or an interest in Credit Control
- A good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive and reactive individual with a strong work ethic
