We are currently looking for enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Swim Instructors to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be part of a thriving Swim School, delivering both group and individual lessons. A genuine love for swimming and teaching is essential, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. A Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification is preferred.
Your Responsibilities:
- Instruct swimming lessons for children and adults based on your qualifications and experience.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and provide guidance on the program.
- Assist in supervising customers to ensure safety and maintain discipline.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with customers.
- Possess a Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification (preferred).
- Complete a DBS check as required.
