Job Summary

Exceeding Expectations through Education and Innovation

Coleg Cambria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Educator to join our team at the Yale site. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, preparing engaging educational materials, and assessing students' work. You will provide educational guidance and support, act as a personal tutor, and assist in the recruitment and interviewing process for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
  • Prepare and deliver educational materials, including lesson plans and assessments
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
  • Provide educational guidance and support to students
  • Act as a personal tutor and mentor to students
  • Assist in the recruitment and interviewing process for prospective students
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and resources
  • Collaborate with other tutors to enhance curriculum and resources
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract students

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed/PGCE) or be working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification
  • Educated to a minimum Level 4 qualification
  • Demonstrate an understanding of current developments within the beauty industry
  • Awareness of the importance of quality standards within teaching
