Childcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Specialist to join our team at a well-established residential facility for children, which is part of a reputable educational institution.

Position Overview:

This role involves providing essential support to children in a nurturing environment, helping them to build and maintain connections with their families and peers. You will encourage their participation in community activities and assist them in their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and promote healthy relationships among children, their families, and the community.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children by identifying and reporting any signs of harm.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the residential setting during non-active hours.

Location: Ribchester, PR3.

Contract Type: Permanent (42 hours per week).

Compensation: £25,000 per annum.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid UK Driving License.
