About the Role

ACS International Schools is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our marketing team based at our Egham Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive enrolment and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of annual marketing objectives to drive enrolment of new students.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute effective, market-leading on and offline campaigns to drive enrolment.
  • Social Media Management: Manage ACS Egham social media channels, sourcing content from across the school and aligning with agreed content strategy.
  • Parent Communications: Champion parent communications, working with school stakeholders to elevate the parent/school communication customer experience.
  • Marketing Materials: Collate requirements for marketing collateral and assets, working with the brand team to deliver high-quality school marketing materials.
  • Website Management: Update and make changes to the school website, where applicable.
  • Market Research: Evaluate all available data, surveys, and online sources, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Event Management: Own and manage the HS Graduation event and campus events.
  • Communication Review: Review and approve key school tactical communications, such as the curriculum guide.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: Marketing professional with demonstrable experience of digital and social campaign marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Experience of managing social media accounts.
  • Data Analysis: Data rational with the ability to analyse.
  • Project Management: Good project management skills with an eye for detail and an ability to see things through.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build positive relationships with school stakeholders.
