Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of our units, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support your colleagues, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing waste.
- Financial Management: Manage unit finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
