About the Role:
Zenopa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the Northwest of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives and customer satisfaction targets within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to promote our Life Sciences portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Life Science degree and postgraduate experience.
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical knowledge of Life Science workflows and a broad-based understanding of the industry.
- Enthusiasm, a strong team ethic, and a good sense of personal responsibility.
