Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic Buying team. As a key member of our team, you'll assist and support our Buyers in managing multiple product areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the critical path for the department, providing regular updates to the Buyer.
  • Assist with initial development and cost price enquiries, ensuring margins are achieved with best product delivery.
  • Support fabric and garment approvals, ensuring high commercial standards.
  • Prepare and attend fit sessions, updating the fit list and prioritizing tasks with the Garment technical team.
  • Develop and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Manage sample organization for Wholesale, E-com, Campaign, and Content shoots.
  • Monitor competitor analysis and complete comp shops.
  • Assist in training BAA roles and manage their workload.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Buyer in a fashion retailer across multiple product areas.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible with a proactive approach to managing high workloads.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external functions.
