About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing your own permanent recruitment desk, focusing on the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Desk Management: Run your own permanent recruitment desk, sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and generating new business.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, support, and motivate a team of recruiters, leading by example and setting high standards for performance and professional development.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve team targets, ensuring consistent growth and success, and implementing best practices and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously look for ways to improve processes and outcomes, encouraging and supporting professional development within your team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in running a successful permanent recruitment desk.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
