Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join our team at IQ Public Sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle financials and eBusiness, with a focus on technical skills in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, SQL, and Java.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR and Finance applications based on the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR and Financials Management modules
  • Develop and maintain clean, secure code and software configuration, adopting a test-driven approach
  • Ensure software is easy for others to reuse and maintain
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and develop software applications
Requirements
  • Significant knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite, preferably at any point release of R12
  • Technical skills in Oracle RDBMS, including familiarity with EBS HR and/or Financials schemas
  • Excellent technical development skills in Oracle financials eBusiness modules
  • Firm knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including application software design and development
  • Ability to write and maintain clean, secure code and software configuration
Desirable Experience
  • Understanding of Oracle Workflow, AME, UMX, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Application Development Framework (ADF), BI/XML Publisher, Web services (REST in particular), Internet SOA Gateway (ISG), and Oracle Forms
  • Familiarity with Agile working practices (Scrum/SAFe Framework) and tools (JIRA)
Working Arrangements
  • 1-2 days per week on site in central London
  • 6-12 month contract inside IR35
  • £500.00-£600.00 PER DAY
