The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Process Engineer to join our team and help scale our AWE electrolyser production. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving current density targets within cost parameters
  • Iterating on membrane, gasket, and balance-of-plant choices for cost, efficiency, and manufacturing simplicity
  • Optimizing and developing design and component selection for minimal maintenance schedule
  • Designing balance-of-plant for rapid ramp-up and ramp-down (linked to DC solar)
  • Offering guidance on control processes
  • Designing effective testing and safety processes
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve current density targets within cost parameters

Requirements
  • 3+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in electrochemical engineering, chemical engineering, or related field
  • AWE design, build, and operation experience
