Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Sigma Specialist to join our team at Ventula. As a key member of our Business Process Improvement team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead End-to-End Process Improvement Projects: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and drive value for our customers.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business-wide stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address key pain points.
  • Design and Implement Process Performance Goals: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure process performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT and Functional Teams: Collaborate with IT and functional teams to identify automation candidates and implement process improvements.
  • Support Business Improvement Projects: Provide CI expertise and guidance to support other business improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Similar: Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project Delivery Methodologies: Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of effectively engaging to drive change.
  • Business Experience: Substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardisation and optimisation.
