About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Associate to join our team at Fujifilm Corporation. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification for new business opportunities through inbound lead qualification, outbound cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
  • Meet monthly lead qualification targets and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
  • Build knowledge of client needs and present service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Support the Commercial team and Marketing team with various projects to promote and support Fujifilm Corporation as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, Business Development, and Marketing, to drive business growth.
  • Participate in sales team meetings, customer visits, and other regular company meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or science.
  • Minimum two years of experience in biologics or advanced therapies drug development and/or contract manufacturing/testing organization or a service/product provider for the biologics/advanced therapies industry or an academic laboratory within a relevant area of research.
  • Experience working in a business/sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and strong presentation and customer-interaction skills.
  • Good understanding of biologics drug development market/business.
