About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work with individuals with complex mental health needs, providing evidence-based psychological interventions
  • To develop and implement personalized care plans, working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • To contribute to the development and delivery of our evidence-based personalized psychological care approach, RISE
  • To provide consultation and support to staff teams, promoting a person-centred approach to care
  • To work towards/undertake the necessary qualifications to meet the requirements to register with Social Care Wales

Requirements

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions and treatment approaches
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
