We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mental health professional to work within our well-established team supporting young people and families with neurodevelopmental disorders. The successful candidate will be an experienced qualified Nurse Practitioner/Non-Medical Prescriber who is able to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team facilitating effective assessment, diagnosing and prescribing and generating prescriptions for children and young people with ADHD using appropriate prescribing formularies and monitoring and reviewing such medication. Key Responsibilities: * Manage your own caseload, providing a range of high-quality care appropriate to the child or young person's needs * Mental state assessment, risk assessment and management, family and social assessment, consultation and interventions * Effective communication and liaison with CAMHS and other services About Us: We are proud to provide high-quality mental health and learning disability services, both inpatient and in the community across five boroughs of Greater Manchester - Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport and Tameside and Glossop. Essential Criteria: * RMN / RGN and post-qualification short courses and experience to master's level * Extensive practice in the field of ADHD including assessment, formulation and delivery of therapy * NSF, wide knowledge of pharmacology in relation to ADHD Desirable Criteria: * Non-Medical Prescriber * ENB 603, or other post-registration qualification relevant to CAMHS Interview and Certificates: Please see attached job description and person specification to support your application for this post.
