About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Itechpost. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing personalized hearing solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.
  2. Hearing Aid Technology: Stay up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technology and provide expert guidance to clients on selecting the best solution for their needs.
  3. Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience, and offering ongoing support and education.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Remain current on industry trends and technology to provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
  5. Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach and external partnerships to promote hearing healthcare awareness.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and efficient clinic culture that meets company standards.

Requirements
  1. Certification & Licensing: A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program, and registered with applicable regulatory colleges or provincial governing bodies.
  2. Skills & Experience: Current knowledge of hearing aid technology, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
