TimePlan Education is in search of a committed and empathetic Individual Support Assistant to become a vital part of our primary education team in Hemel Hempstead. This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly impact the lives of children requiring personalized assistance.

As an Individual Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tailored support to children who need extra help to succeed in their educational environment.
  • Collaborating closely with our learning support team and potentially working across various key stages.
  • Engaging in class activities, facilitating small group sessions, or delivering one-on-one support as necessary.
  • Contributing to a team of support staff to enhance student learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with or caring for primary-aged children.
  • Familiarity with special educational needs, either through personal or professional experience.
  • Possession of an enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to obtain one.
