Senior HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist advice on employee relations cases, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and timely service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management, and organizational change.
  • Proactively identify and deliver solutions for improvements to service delivery, engaging and upskilling stakeholders to improve management competences.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects that add value to HR Operations processes and RHN stakeholders.
  • Direct line management responsibility for a HR Assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
