Role Overview

The Senior CRM Executive will spearhead the development of CRM initiatives from conception through to execution and analysis for both B2B and B2C markets. This position involves managing email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic goals, and leveraging performance metrics to drive enhancements and new initiatives. This role offers significant potential for professional growth and will enhance our current team, collaborating closely with the CRM Executive and reporting to the CRM Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Full ownership and management of CRM initiatives targeting both B2B and B2C segments Design and create diverse HTML email templates, including copywriting Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary content and resources Utilize Click Dimensions for building and executing email campaigns Identify and segment target audiences using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Develop impactful email marketing strategies to achieve overall campaign goals Analyze and report on the success and insights gained from CRM initiatives Foster a culture of testing and learning to promote continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and approval processes Implement marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and manage lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention Build and refine audience segments within the CRM system, presenting new targeted opportunities Provide support to both the CRM and broader marketing teams as needed Stay informed on the latest trends in email marketing and CRM best practices

Required Qualifications

We seek an experienced CRM professional eager to advance their career. A passion for CRM and effective data management to cultivate and enhance relationships with customers and partners through targeted campaigns is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive in sharing knowledge and best practices within the team, demonstrating return on investment and key insights, and will understand how to craft effective CRM strategies at every stage of the customer journey.

Preferred Experience :

Proven experience in a similar role, developing and executing CRM and email marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audience needs across B2B and B2C sectors Ability to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of CRM initiatives Skills in optimizing campaign performance Experience in customer segmentation Proficiency in data analysis to uncover opportunities and drive CRM activities Familiarity with the customer journey from initial contact to re-engagement Experience in automation and creating tailored customer journeys Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and meeting tight deadlines Creative mindset with a focus on audience needs and meticulous attention to detail Confidence in developing campaign strategies based on provided briefs Proficient in writing or curating content to create effective email communications Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cohesively within a team Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude Knowledge of best practices such as A/B testing, GDPR compliance, and campaign optimization Experience in building internal relationships across various departments Proficiency in creating HTML email designs Background in email marketing, CRM strategy, and customer segmentation
