Job Title: Senior CRM Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our team at Together, a market-leading property finance expert with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Create and design email campaigns to meet campaign objectives
  • Liaise with relevant teams to gather content and assets
  • Utilize Click Dimensions to build and execute campaign emails
  • Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and key learnings
  • Develop and implement test and learn capabilities to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and sign-off processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, creating and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns
  • Evaluation of campaign value and ROI
  • Optimization of campaign performance
  • Customer segmentation and data analysis
  • Experience with automation and behavioral journey building
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Confidence in developing campaign plans and creating HTML email designs
