About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Executive to join our team at Together, a market-leading property finance expert with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences, leveraging data analysis and customer insights to inform campaign strategy.
  • Create and design engaging email campaigns, including copywriting and HTML design, to meet campaign objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather relevant content and assets, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, using data analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the CRM and wider marketing team to develop and execute marketing automation processes that drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email best practices, CRM/Marketing insights, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive campaign innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform campaign strategy.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to design engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/Marketing principles, including customer segmentation, data analysis, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
