About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at Together, a leading property finance expert with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including email designs, copywriting, and visual elements, to meet campaign objectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather relevant content and assets, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to build and execute campaign emails, leveraging Click Dimensions and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a test and learn capability to drive continuous improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and sign-off processes, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Deliver marketing automation processes that improve customer contact strategies, grow customer lifetime value, and acquire new prospects.
  • Build and maintain audiences and segmentation within CRM, presenting new opportunities for targeted activity.
  • Support the CRM and wider marketing team as required, staying up-to-date with the latest email best practices and CRM/Marketing insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, creating and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer segmentation, and data analysis to inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, including Click Dimensions and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and best practices in email marketing.
