Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at The Cotswold Company. As a key member of our Creative Team, you will be responsible for prioritizing editorial projects and workload, identifying additional resources where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content plan that aligns with the company's marketing goals and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to ensure the content plan is effective and supports the business's marketing needs.
  • Work with the graphic design team to execute marketing briefs and ensure all content enhances the brand, engages, and inspires the customer.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver clear and concise copy to meet requirements within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.

Requirements:

  • English/communications/marketing degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with senior stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver clear and concise copy.
