We are seeking a highly skilled Content Optimization Specialist to join our team at Atlasseo. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily website operations, ensuring content is optimized for best on-page SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with our SEO Lead to implement and adapt SEO strategies, ensuring our website remains competitive in the market.
  2. Content Analysis: Analyze website traffic and user behavior to enhance the website continually, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  3. Content Quality Control: Uphold content standards in line with company guidelines and brand image, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  4. Website Operations: Ensure the website quality is aligned with company standards by using documentation & checklists provided, and implement processes to maintain a high level of website performance.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Provide comprehensive reports on website performance & present to stakeholders, actively suggesting improvements on overall website health & content quality.
  6. Content Creation and Management: Lead communication with our freelance writers, providing them with detailed templates and guidelines for all website content, and publish, proofread and edit webpages according to the best SEO standards set by the company.
  7. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor websites to discover and fill content gaps, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

A detail-oriented professional who is passionate about all things SEO and content, with a strong eye for design aesthetics and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements
  1. Experienced in web content management (2+ years), preferably in the digital marketing industry or similar.
  2. Profoundly knowledgeable in on-page SEO, familiar with WordPress, and tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
  3. A native English speaker with exceptional communication skills.
  4. Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design aesthetics and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Skilled in creating content briefs, liaising with writers, and giving feedback based on SEO requirements.
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Familiar with E-E-A-T practices and committed to high standards in content creation.
