Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Editor to join our team and lead the creation and revision of copy for the AUS/NZ sports markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage and inform our audience
  • Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Product teams to execute and improve our content strategy
  • Evaluate the performance of our content and report on its effectiveness
  • Propose solutions to improve our content and align with our business goals
  • Ensure that our content is of high quality and meets our style and content guidelines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in writing about sports
  • Familiarity with processes involved in managing teams, in-house or freelance
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Strong content-based SEO knowledge and working knowledge of other SEO principles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detailed editing work
