As a Sales Service Executive at 3 Recruit Limited, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by working closely with the Service Sales Manager and Internal Sales to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain retention of existing profitable service contracts and support the service coordinator in renewal process.
- Secure profitable new service contracts from identified targets within the defined sales area.
- Promote and sell the complete range of service products.
- Review savings made by our customers, potential downtime avoided and the benefits of the service contract.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, negotiations and activity in CRM as well as provide updated forecasts.
- Previous experience in a field sales role working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Understanding of how a technical service department operates.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving experience.
