Mayford James is a leading UK Head Quartered Asset Manager seeking an experienced Program Management Office Lead to join their team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Management Office Lead to support the delivery of complex Global Transformation Programs. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a PMO lead and a strong background in Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key programme management documentation, working closely with the Programme Manager.
  • Create and maintain key programme logs and delivery plans.
  • Produce high-quality decks for presentation to governing bodies.
  • Coordinate and consolidate programme management documentation between workstream project managers and the Programme Manager.
  • Produce customised programme management information for stakeholders, including progress dashboards.
  • Provide administrative support to workstream project managers to track delivery and progress against the programme delivery plan and milestones.
  • Support the logistics for change requests, new resource requests, and other programme-related activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

4-8 years of experience in a similar role.

Prior experience in Asset Management.

Experience working within a transformation programme.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and good problem-solving skills.
