Job Description

Program Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Management Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our proactive health concierge program, Elevate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, ideally within a healthcare setting, and experience working with medium to high-end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Elevate program, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to coordinate all elements of the program.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and ensure that program milestones are met on schedule.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided, ensuring all assessments meet the highest standards expected by our clients.
  • Manage the program budget, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a healthcare or luxury service setting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is an advantage.
