Program Management Office Lead

Job Summary:
Mayford James is seeking an experienced Program Management Office Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in the success of our Global Transformation Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain all key program management documentation, working closely with the Programme Manager and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain key program logs and delivery plans, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Produce high-quality program decks for presentation to governing bodies, showcasing program progress and achievements.
- Coordinate and consolidate program management documentation between workstream project managers and the Programme Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide program management information (PMI) to stakeholders, including customized progress dashboards as requested by the Programme Manager.
- Offer administrative support to workstream project managers, tracking workstream delivery and progress against the overall program delivery plan and milestones.
- Support the logistics for change requests, new resource requests, and other program-related activities.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in program management.
- Prior experience in Asset Management, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Experience working within transformation programs, with a focus on program management and delivery.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
