Job Title: Head of Reservations and Events

H&C Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Reservations and Events to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the reservations and events team, ensuring seamless execution of events and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reservations and events team, including delegating staff rotas and overseeing the management of reports for reservations and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities from events and reservations.
  • Proactively recruit new members for the restaurant and assist with hosting events when required.
  • Manage all third-party enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Private Dining & Membership Manager to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in managing reservations and events teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
