Job Title: Marketing and Communications Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Director to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign measurement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage with our target audience and build brand awareness.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a focus on brand development and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
