Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote our brand and drive business growth.
  2. Manage and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  3. Develop creative ideas for campaigns and content-led marketing initiatives, working closely with subject matter experts across the organization.
  4. Oversee the creation and implementation of content across a range of traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
  5. Lead internal communications, including preparing an internal staff newsletter and ensuring effective communication across the organization.
  6. Plan, coordinate, and host online and in-person conferences and events to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Develop and implement an annual marketing and business development calendar to drive strategic growth.
  8. Coordinate and assist with public relations for major frameworks and framework members.
  9. Create and respond to press releases and advertising initiatives.
  10. Manage contact management in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of demonstrable marketing experience in a similar environment or strong understanding of the legal sector.
  2. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with valid work experience in a law firm, accountancy firm, management consultancy, property/construction firm, financial services firm, or a high-profile relevant association or agency will be considered.
