The Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Counter Manager who is passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience while fostering a supportive environment for their team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be instrumental in building a vibrant NEOM Wellbeing community, organizing memorable events for customers, and engaging in outreach efforts, all while promoting the growth and development of your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the counter and manage the team effectively.
  • Drive sales performance, achieve KPIs, and align with company objectives.
  • Prepare targets, manage schedules, and compile weekly reports.
  • Coordinate in-store and field events to elevate the NEOM brand, collaborating with partner businesses.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members with a focus on education and development.
  • Deliver exceptional NEOM Customer Experience to inspire wellbeing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the wellbeing of our community and environment through fundraising and events.
  • Lead community initiatives, promoting volunteering and fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
