Sales Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith. As a key member of our New Homes Customer Relations Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and full compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the New Homes Customer Relations Department, ensuring seamless customer experiences and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and mentor the team to drive key business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Streamline processes and manage relationships across departments to optimize commercial performance.
  • Oversee budgets, manage commercial relationships, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property sales operations, with a strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer handover processes.
  • Compliance expertise, including knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and World-Check procedures.
  • CRM and systems proficiency, with experience in managing reservations, client data, and financial transactions using property-specific systems like MHP, CODA, and C360.
  • Commercial and budget management skills, with the ability to manage commercial relationships and oversee budgets.
