Sales Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the New Homes Customer Relations Department, ensuring smooth operations and full compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the New Homes Customer Relations Department, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
  • Coach and mentor the team, streamlining processes and managing relationships across departments.
  • Oversee commercial relationships, budgets, and financial transactions, ensuring efficient management of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience in property sales, including supporting customer relations teams with tools and training.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and improving customer relations in property sales, including supporting customer relations teams.
  • Strong knowledge of property-related compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and World-Check procedures.
  • Familiarity with property-specific systems, such as MHP, CODA, and C360, to manage reservations, client data, and financial transactions.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive key business outcomes.
