Job Summary

A leading global recruitment firm, Hays PLC, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in producing annual accounts, managing financial reports, and analyzing key performance indicators.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven and enthusiastic qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) who aspires to grow and develop in their career. You will have ownership of management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis, as well as supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including annual accounts and management accounts
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to drive business growth and development

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified Accountant with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. You will also need to be a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
