Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Castleford Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
