Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to older adults in our care homes and day centres
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Encourage independence and promote physical and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
