About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement clinical care pathways and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and students on advanced clinical practice and specialist areas.
Requirements
  • HCPC and RCSLT registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Master's level education or equivalent demonstrable experience in advanced clinical practice.
  • Significant experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
