Job Description

We're seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious Head of Sales Off Trade to lead our off-trade channels and team, building long-term relationships and delivering category-leading growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop and execute channel strategies, manage budgets, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver channel strategies with full P&L accountability and budget management
  • Build strong business partnerships with customers to ensure profitable growth plans and business objectives
  • Seek out and secure new business opportunities in the off-trade, focusing on national grocery and convenience channels
  • Deliver category-driving annual business plans, focusing on key growth drivers
  • Analyse sales data to improve and develop sales strategies
Requirements
  • Education to at least degree level, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a branded and fast-growing food or drinks brand
  • Direct responsibility for the off-trade or grocery channel with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong existing relationships within the grocery, convenience, and off-trade channels
  • Results-oriented, commercially savvy, and a great brand ambassador
