Job Overview

As a Computer Repair & Sales Senior Technician, this senior role offers the opportunity to leverage your in-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software. You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean, organised work environment
  • Curate captivating social media content for the company
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair (succeeding in a similar senior role would be beneficial)
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably)
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably)

  • Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times
  • Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) 2:1 Minimum related to Computing (or similar)
  • Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C [Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media]
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media]
