Primary Duties:

Deliver tailored rehabilitation therapy assessments and interventions Comply with established professional standards Assess activity requirements and devise strategic action plans Detect health-related concerns and take appropriate action Equip residents with essential life skills and tools Foster participation in various projects and activities

Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC Proven experience with individuals having complex needs Familiarity with applicable guidelines and best practices
