HR Assistant

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten HR-Assistenten, der sich für ein großartiges Mitarbeitererlebnis einsetzt und unsere Mitarbeitenden unterstützt. Als Teil des Customer Fulfillment-Teams arbeitest Du direkt mit unseren Logistikteams zusammen und bist für die Verwaltung von Personalprojekten, Einweisung neuer Mitarbeitender und die Überprüfung von Unternehmensprozessen zuständig.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Führungskräften und dem Management an Personalprojekten, um ein ansprechendes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
- Erledigung alltäglicher Fragen und Verwaltungsaufgaben im Personalbereich, z. B. Einweisung neuer Mitarbeitender, Self-Service-Tools sowie Prüfungen von Arbeitszeit und Anwesenheit.
- Nutzung interner Dashboards zur Erstellung von Berichten für die Führungskräfte an Deinem Standort.
- Planung von Initiativen zur Förderung des Wohlbefindens der Mitarbeitenden und ihres Erlebnisses am Standort.
- Überprüfung von Unternehmensprozessen auf Einhaltung des Datenschutzes, örtlichen Arbeitsrechts und der Best Practices für HR-Systeme.
Als HR-Assistent arbeitest Du in einem dynamischen Team, das sich für ein großartiges Kundenerlebnis einsetzt. Du bist Teil eines globalen Teams, das täglich mehr als 1,5 Millionen Bestellungen bearbeitet. Wir arbeiten in Fulfillment-Centern, die das Herzstück von Amazons dynamischem Betriebsnetz bilden.
Wir unterstützen die Verwaltung eines dynamischen Bestands und ermöglichen schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr. In unseren Fulfillment-Centern sind vielfältige Mitarbeitergruppen beschäftigt. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Menschen mit den verschiedensten Fähigkeiten.
Mindestanforderungen- Erfahrung in HR, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen oder Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit der MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Umfeld.
- Erfahrung mit der Einweisung neuer Mitarbeitender und den dazugehörigen Verwaltungsaufgaben.
- Grunderfahrung mit Arbeit in Verbindung mit dem Arbeitsrecht und der HR-/Lohnabrechnungspraxis.
