HEOR is seeking a talented Senior Health Economist to join our growing team of over 20 experts dedicated to shaping healthcare decisions through rigorous modeling and analysis.

As a Senior Health Economist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, validating, and communicating the results of a wide range of health economic models. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our clients across various stages of drug development, from early-stage research to launch readiness and post-market value demonstration.

Our diverse portfolio of projects encompasses:

  • Budget impact and cost offset analyses
  • Complex disease models reflecting the lifetime impact of chronic conditions
  • Infectious disease and transmission modeling
  • Cost-effectiveness models for regulatory submissions and Health Technology Assessments (HTAs)
  • Value modeling for in-market assets
  • Payer-facing value communication tools leveraging model output

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering a range of mathematical and health economic models using Excel, VBA, and other software packages.
  • Experience with R and/or C++ is highly desirable.
  • Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or the pharmaceutical industry, with consultancy experience being beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
