- Establish and track vendor performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
- Support the introduction of new services, report on operational budget spend and future demand, and contribute to data improvement and value initiatives.
- Document and maintain pricing and charging mechanisms, and perform general administration tasks supporting Cyber Security and Connected Car Management.
- 5-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) certification.
