Project Overview:
The Enterprise Solutions Architect will be a pivotal member of the IT Department, concentrating on optimizing order management processes through the integration of Salesforce and SAP. This role is essential for enhancing the current order management system.

Core Responsibilities:

System Architecture and Deployment:

Spearhead the design and deployment of technical solutions that meet business needs, with a strong emphasis on the integration of Salesforce and SAP for order management.


Technical Oversight:

Provide expert guidance and supervision to a team of architects and product managers, ensuring that all solutions are robust, secure, and comply with IT governance standards.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Engage closely with stakeholders across the organization to grasp business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that solutions are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.


Compliance and Governance:
Guarantee that all solutions conform to internal IT governance frameworks and adhere to applicable industry regulations.

Ongoing Improvement:

Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in solution architecture, particularly within the Salesforce and SAP domains, and propose enhancements to existing systems.


Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, deployment processes, and ongoing maintenance, providing regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.


Mentorship:
Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

Essential Skills & Experience:


Proven experience in developing order management capabilities utilizing Salesforce and SAP enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the organization.

Demonstrated success in migrating from legacy systems to a new enterprise system landscape, minimizing disruption and ensuring data integrity.

Expertise in crafting and delivering reference architecture in collaboration with system integrators, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce and SAP ecosystems, including their functionalities, limitations, and best practices for integration and optimization.

Ability to lead and manage the design and deployment of complex technical solutions, providing direction to cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Strong project management capabilities with a focus on delivering solutions within timelines and budget constraints, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.

Demonstrated expertise in integrating Salesforce and SAP within a new enterprise system landscape, including the ability to create and deliver a comprehensive reference architecture with system integrators.


This position is ideal for a seasoned Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in Salesforce and SAP, particularly in the context of order management, system migration, and enterprise system integration.
