Location Overview:

Priory Hospital Chelmsford is set within beautifully landscaped grounds and specializes in the treatment of adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our dedicated team comprises experienced mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and therapists, all working collaboratively to support our patients.

The facility accommodates up to 60 individuals, offering both residential and outpatient services, including specialized care for younger patients.

Role Overview:

As the Clinical Therapy Services Leader, you will report directly to the Hospital Director and play a vital role in the Senior Management Team. You will hold full responsibility for overseeing both inpatient and outpatient therapy services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating therapy services to comply with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensuring timely responses to referrals and maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Facilitating clinical supervision for all team members in line with professional guidelines.
  • Conducting management supervision as necessary.
  • Participating in on-call duties as required by the Hospital Director.
